MuchMore Dev Website Rebrand

Client: Diana, CEO of MuchMore Dev

The Challenge

When MuchMore Dev sought a complete website rebrand, the project had already been outsourced. However, months had passed with minimal progress. The CEO, Diana, recognized the need for someone to bring vision, structure, and momentum to the project. I was initially managing other high-priority initiatives, but when asked to take over, I committed to delivering a fully rebranded website within two weeks.

The challenge was not just to complete the website, but to reimagine the brand online, establish a clear structure for future scalability, and do so efficiently under a tight timeline.


My Approach: Hybrid Project Management

To deliver results quickly while maintaining quality, I leveraged a hybrid project management approach—combining predictive planning with agile flexibility:

  1. Planning & Scope Definition (Predictive)

    • Conducted an in-depth discovery session with Diana to understand brand values, target audience, and desired functionality.

    • Developed a clear project scope, including required pages, design elements, and integration needs.

    • Created a 2-week roadmap with daily milestones to ensure visibility and accountability.

  2. Iterative Design & Execution (Agile)

    • Broke down the website into sprints:

      – Sprint 1: Wireframes & site structure

      – Sprint 2: Visual design, content integration, and responsiveness

    • Conducted quick feedback loops with the client to iterate efficiently without compromising speed or quality.

  3. Delivery & Optimization (Predictive + Agile)

    • Completed final testing across multiple devices and browsers.

    • Implemented SEO basics, performance optimization, and analytics setup for future insights.


Tools & Technology

To balance speed, flexibility, and design quality, I leveraged a combination of powerful tools:

  • WordPress: Core CMS platform for flexible content management.

  • Elementor: Drag-and-drop page builder for responsive, high-impact design.

  • Adobe XD / Figma: Wireframing and visual prototyping to iterate design efficiently.

  • Trello / ClickUp: Task management and progress tracking for hybrid workflow.

  • Google Analytics & SEO Tools: Performance tracking and optimization.

Each tool was selected strategically to enhance collaboration, streamline the workflow, and maintain high standards under the compressed timeline.


Results & Impact

  • Successfully delivered a fully rebranded, responsive website in just 2 weeks.

  • Established a scalable framework for future updates and integrations.

  • Strengthened client trust through transparent communication and disciplined project management.

Reflection & Takeaways

This project highlighted the power of taking ownership with empathy and diligence. By stepping in at a critical moment, I was able to guide the project from stagnation to completion, balancing client expectations with practical constraints. It reinforced the value of hybrid project management, planning ahead while remaining agile enough to adapt to real-world challenges.
